The Basics
The Ultimate Reiki Package takes an ancient healing practice that until recently has only been taught in person through trained Reiki Masters and puts it into a complete self-guided course. The course begins by sharing the Eastern and Western views about the history of Reiki and its’ founders, and then discusses the spiritual philosophy behind the practice.
While technically a 7 step program, you really only learn and practice the 3 steps outlined below. The remaining 4 steps include requesting a certificate, an opportunity to join a webinar, and the like.

STEP 1: Learn how to practice Reiki through self-attunement: From pages 1-9 the authors explain the tools needed for practicing Reiki through a simple process called self-attunement. These attunement tools include water, symbols, sacred names, colors, and a quiet space. You learn that the reason we use water is that our bodies are 75% water, so it can be used effectively for healing purposes.
On pages 9-18 you then learn how to use these tools to help you align your body, your heart, your mental and your emotional centers. Since Reiki practice is normally taught in person, the authors also provide a video that shows you how to practice your attunements for yourself – and then for others if you like. The combination of eBook and video provide an excellent learning delivery system.
STEP 2: Strengthen your practice by learning more about the Reiki Tools: Section 3A includes an eBook, an audio, and printable files, which delves more into the Reiki Tools that you learned when practicing your first attunement in STEP 1. These tools include the symbols, sacred names, and corresponding colors that are used in Reiki practice and attunement.
The eBook explains why the tools are helpful, how to pronounce the sacred names, and the significance of using colors in Reiki. Specific colors align with your 7 chakras, or energy centers. By understanding the link between the tools and your practice, you develop a powerful capability to channel healing energy into the body easily. Finally, the audio helps to teach you how to speak the sacred names.
STEP 3: Use Reiki to heal others across the miles or in person. In section 5 you are given a video to practice the art of distance-healing using a specific Reiki symbol intended for that purpose. You are then invited to join a distance-healing webinar with Judith, to learn more. Finally, in Section 7 you can request a Reiki Master Certificate, which will allow you to practice the art of Reiki on others. (Optional: for an additional $30. you can obtain some client tools in that are contained in a Professional Package.
